Manage Event Organization |

Purpose |
The Manage Event Organizations screen is used manage the list of included organizations for a pandemic response event or preparedness exercise. You can search for organizations and add them to the event or remove organizations from the list.

Fields Displayed |
Two tables exist on the Manage Event Organizations screen: The Included Organizations table and the Search Results table. Both tables contain the same fields listed in the following table.

Code |
This is the organization code, also know as Short Name. |

This is the name of the organization. |

Save |
When the Save button is pressed, the included organization list is saved. |

Cancel |
When the Cancel button is clicked, no changes to the Included Organization List will be saved. |

X |
When the "X" icon is clicked, the associated organization is removed from the Included Organizations list. It is not added to the Search Results table. To locate the organization again, another organization search must be performed. |

Remove All |
When the Remove All button is clicked, all organizations in the Included Organizations list are removed. To locate the organizations again, another organization search must be performed. |

+ |
When the "+" icon is clicked, the associated organization is added to the Included Organizations list. It is removed from the Search Results table. |
|
Add All |
When the Add All button is clicked, all organizations in the Search Results table are added to the Included Organizations list. The organizations are removed from the Search Results table. |
Searching for an Organization
When searching for an organization, you may search for all organization by name or filter your search results by organization type. In the Organization Search Criteria section, use the Type pick list to select an organization type or select "All Orgs" for all organization types.
The search can be further restricted basd on the org's VFC Status,if the org is a Special Project Provider, and org's ordering intent.
When searching for an organization, you may also conduct a free text search of the organization name. Type any characters of the organization name and press the Search button.
Press the "+" icon in an organization row to move the organization from the Search Results table to the Included Organizations table.
Press the Save button to save the Included Organizations table.
