Modify Order Screen |
Purpose |
The Modify Order screen is used to change or update items placed in an order. This can only be done when the order is in a 'Pending' status.

Order Number and Status
Within this section you will find the Order Status, Order Date, and who submitted the order.
VFC Profile
The VFC Profile section will list information from your organization's VFC profile. If this information is not correct contact your administrator to make the necessary changes to your organizations VFC profile.

Organization |
Organization for which the order is being created. By default this should list your organization. |
VFC Pin |
Your organization's unique VFC Pin number. |
Delivery Address |
Delivery address for your organization. |
Delivery Contact |
Delivery contact for your organization. Listed here will be the main contact from your organizations VFC Profile. In most cases this will be your primary vaccine coordinator. |
Phone Number |
Phone Number for your organization. |
Fax Number |
Your organizations fax number. |
Your organizations email. In most cases this will be listed as your administrators email address. |
Vaccine Delivery Hours and Special Instructions
The Vaccine Delivery Hours and Special Instructions section will list your organization's availability for physically receiving order as well as the Special instructions for receiving orders. Special Instructions field has a 35 character limit.
Note: The delivery hours and special instructions are not specific to a single order. Altering this field will do so for all present, past and future orders.

Doses Given Since Last Count |
The number of doses that had been administered since the Inventory Count. |
Last Inventory Count Entered |
The value that was listed for this vaccine lot the last time an inventory count was performed. |
Functionality |
Adding or Editing Items
To modify the quantity of an item in the order, simply edit the quantity entered in the 'Doses' or 'Pre-Filled Syringes' fields next to the item. You can do this for as many items in the order as you want.
When you are finished making changes click on the Save & Submit button to save and submit the order.
Removing Items
To completely remove an item from the order, place a checkmark next to the item in the 'Remove' column. You can do this for as many items in the order as you want.
When you are finished making changes click on the Submit Order button to save and submit the order.
Submitting the Order
Submitting the order will verify all of the information contained on the Modify Order screen and then save any changed information.
After making changes to the order click on the Save & Submit button.
The changes will be saved and the manage orders screen will be displayed.
Cancelling the Order
Cancelling the order will cancel all of the order items in the order. Once an order has been cancelled it will become a historical order displayed on the manage orders screen.
Click Cancel Order button.
You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to cancel this order?".
The order will be cancelled and the manage orders screen will be displayed.
