Allocation NDC Screen

 Purpose

The Allocate NDC screen will allow the state to 1) Record vaccines received from CDC for the selected NDC  2) Allocate provider's prebooking requests using the vaccines received.

Field

Description

Prebook Request Window

Displays the Start and End dates of the event selected.

Name

Displays the name of the event.

Status

Displays the status of the event.

 NDC

Displays the NDC number selected.

Trade Name

This column displays the Trade name of the vaccine.

Packaging

Displays the Packaging information for of the vaccine.

Manufacturer

Displays the manufacturers information of the vaccine.

Type

Displays the type of prebook request e.g. VFC, Adult, and Pandemic.

Description

Organization Type

Drop down list with IRIS organization types which can be used to filter the results.

Search Field

Drop down list with organization level filters such as VFC PIN, Org Name, Org ID etc.

Search String

Text input that can further filter results based on the search string entered.

Description

Substitute Vaccine

Displays the list of vaccines that can be substituted for the selected NDC.

Available to Allocate

Displays the no of doses available to allocate for the listed prebookings.

Organization

Displays the list of organizations that prebooked the selected NDC.

 VFC PIN

Displays the VFC PIN of the organization.

Status

Displays the status of the Prebooking (Prebooked Or  Late).

Place in Queue

Displays the place in the queue of the Prebook request.

Doses Prebooked

Displays the no of doses prebooked.

Doses Allocated

Displays the no of doses already allocated, if any.

Substitute Allocated

Displays the no of substitute doses already allocated, if any.

Balance Due

Displays the no of doses remaining to be allocated.

Doses to Allocate

Accepts the no of doses State wants to allocate.

Hold Allocation

When checked, the prebooking will be skipped from the allocations made.

Command Button Functionality

Command Button

Description

Clicking the Save button will save the prebook allocations.

Clicking on the Receive New Allocation button will display a pop-up where the no of doses received can be entered. The Available to Allocate  will be increased by the no of doses received.

 

Clicking on the Auto Allocate button will display a pop-up where the State can select one of the two auto allocate options.

Clicking on the Clear Allocations button will clear out all the allocations entered in Doses to Allocate.

Clicking the Cancel button will display the previous screen the user was on.

Clicking the Search button performs the Organization search based on the filters and displays the results.
