Check Group Status Screen

 Purpose

The Check Group Status screen is used to monitor the status of a Immunization History Report of a group of patients.

 Access Report Output

To access the report output for a Group Patients report you generated, follow these steps:

  1. Click the 'check group status' menu item in the menu panel on the left-hand side of the page. The system displays the Check Group screen.

  2. Find the row on the screen that corresponds to the report you generated.   Use the Report Name and date and time Started as a guide.

  3. Click the Refresh button, if needed, until the Report Name becomes a hyperlink and the Status is 100%.

  4. Click the report name hyperlink for the report you generated.

  5. The system displays the report in Excel or PDF format based on the report type selected when the report was requested.

 Information Provided

The following table describes the columns on the Show Transaction Report Request screen:

Field Name

Description

Report Name

The name of the report generated.  This field becomes a hyperlink when the report output is ready to access.

Started

The date and time that the system started to generate the report.

Completed

The date and time that the system completed generating the report.

Status

The status of the report requests.  The status will show Done when the request is finished and ready to view.

Patients

The number of patients included on the report.

When you click on the Refresh button, the system updates the status of any currently running report.
