The Legal Notice Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the Legal Notice Report.

     The Conditional Admission Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the Conditional Admission Report.

     The Conditional Attendance Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the Conditional Attendance Report

• Functionality

This page will display the status of any Legal Notice or Conditional Admission/Attendance report request.     Depending on the size of your lists and volume of report requests, the report my take time to   complete.  You may work in other screens in IRIS or logout of IRIS while the reports are being generated.   Click the check status screen to see the report request results.  

1. 1. Click the Refresh button at any time to update the status of the various reports.  

   2. Once the report process is complete, the 'Status' will display '100%'.    The Record Count will display the number of students included on the report.

   3.  If there are students included on the report, the report name will be a hyperlink.    Click on the report hyperlink to view the report.

   4. If you are running the report using each patient's primary language, there will be a separate report output for each language applicable.
