The Notice of Exclusion screen is used to generate a Notice Of Exclusion similar to the notice in the Idaho School Immunization Requirements booklet.

Functionality |
Putting in an exclusion date and language and clicking on generate will bring up one copy of the Notice of Exclusion. This can then be printed and used to send out to students who are not in compliance.
