The Notice of Required Documentation Needed Request Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the Notice of Required Documentation Needed Report.

     The Conditional Admission Request Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the school Conditional Admission Report.

     The Conditional Attendance Request Status screen is used to receive and check the status of the childcare Conditional Attendance Report

• Functionality

This page will display the status of any Notice of Required Documentation Needed or Conditional Admission/Attendance report request.     Depending on the size of your lists and volume of report requests, the report my take time to complete.  You may work in other screens in IRIS or logout of IRIS while the reports are being generated.   Click the check status screen to see the report request results.  

1. 1. Click the Refresh button at any time to update the status of the various reports.  

   2. Once the report process is complete, the 'Status' will display '100%'.    The Record Count will display the number of students included on the report.

   3.  If there are students included on the report, the report name will be a hyperlink.    Click on the report hyperlink to view the report.

   4. If you are running the report using each patient's primary language, there will be a separate report output for each language applicable.
