Patient Notes Section |

Purpose |
The purpose of the Patient Notes screen is to record free-text notes regarding the patient's general condition. The patient notes are not confidential and are visible to other providers and users of the system.

Record Patient Notes |
To record a new patient note, follow these steps:
Enter the text of the note in the box provided.
To save the notes recorded Select 
button.
NOTE: Please do not include confidential information in the Patient Notes. Patient Notes can be viewed by any provider organization with access to the system.

View Printer Friendly Notes |
To view and print the printer friendly notes, follow these steps:
Next to "Historical Notes" select "Printer Friendly Version" link.
