Command buttons
Description
Clicking the Refresh command button will refresh the status of the Prebook Report Status page.
Clicking the Cancel command button will return the user to the previous page that the user was working on.

Purpose |
The Prebook Report Status screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a Prebook Report Request.
|
Screen Display |
This screen displays the Prebook Report requests the user has generated.
Prebook Report Status - This section contains the specific Prebook Report generation information of the report in a table described below.

Description |

Report Name |
Displays the name of the Prebook Detail and/or Summary Report. Clicking the Hyperlink will display the report. |

Started |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report was generated. |
|
Completed |
Displays the Date and Time of when the report finished generating. |
|
Status |
Displays the percentage of completion of the report being generated. |
|
Organization |
Displays the Organization Selected for the Report. If the report is for a single organization the organization name will display. If multiple organizations were selected, "Multiple" will display. If all organizations option was selected "All Organizations" will display. |

Type |
Type of Vaccine selected on the State Prebook Report Request Screen. |
|
Date Type |
Date Type requested on the State Prebook Report Request Screen. |

From Date |
Displays the From Date selected for the Report. |
|
To Date |
Displays the To Date for the Report. |
