Check Reminder Status Screen

 Purpose

The check reminder status screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a report request made from the request reminder screen.

 Functionality

This screen will display two sections pertaining to the reminder requests you have generated. One is called Reminder Request Status. This section contains the date and time the report was started and completed, the overall status in percentage, the number of patients returned, and the query specific information such as birth date range or target date range.

To view the reminder output options for the selected reminder request, click on the date hyperlink for the report you want to work with. It will look something like this: 01/01/2012 12:51 PM Once you do this you will be taken to the reminder output options screen where the reminder request process summary is displayed and where you can select which report you want to generate.

To get the latest update on all the reminder requests listed in the table, click on the Refresh button. This will get the most current status for each reminder request requested from the system database.  *Note*

The second section in the check reminder status screen is the Reminder Output Status. This displays reports generated under your organization after selecting one of the options in the reminder output options screen. It contains the name of the report (i.e. Patient List, etc.), the type of report, the date and time the report was requested, what time it started, percentage completed, and the status.

As soon as the report name appears as a hyperlink or the 'Status' displays 'Ready', it has completed processing and is ready for download. To download the report, simply click on the desired report name hyperlink.  This process can also take some time depending on the size of the report.  The selected report will automatically be displayed using Adobe Reader.  *Note*

At any time, click the Cancel button to return to the screen you were previously on.

 Notes

For users belonging to large provider organizations, any mailing report requests made can take a considerable amount of time to be produced. After a report request is made it is possible to continue using the system or log out of it, and then later return to the Reminder Request Status screen by clicking on the link from the Menu Panel. Users do not have to remain on this screen while the actual, printable report is being produced.

If your computer does not have Adobe Reader version 6.0 or greater installed on it, select the Forms link at the top of the screen or contact your administrator.
