Manage Custom Letters |
Purpose |
The manage custom letters screen exists so that users can generate and print a report containing information on the vaccine usage that has taken place within an organization or within individual sites.
Functionality |
Creating a new custom letter
To create a new custom letter click the New Custom Letter link to start the process. Custom letters created will be available for all users with the organization to use. There is a limit of three custom letters per organization. If a user tries to create a fourth, an error message will be displayed.
Modifying an existing custom letter
To modify an existing custom letter click the link for the letter you want to alter.
Deleting a custom letter
To delete a custom letter click on the Delete button.
