The Add/Edit Cold Storage Unit screen is used for the purpose of creating a new cold storage unit or editing an existing one.  

• Functionality

• • Unit Name

  • Refrigerator/Freezer

  • Save

• Unit Name

Indicate the name of the cold storage unit to be created, or the name for the unit to be changed to.  

Note: In the case of an existing cold storage unit, and a change in name, the existing records will then be associated to the "new" cold storage unit name, for the purpose of reporting and otherwise.

• Refrigerator/Freezer

Indicate whether the cold storage unit is that of a refrigerator or freezer.  Either selection will specify the acceptable temperature ranger for that cold storage unit.

Note: Change of refrigerator to a freezer, or vis versa, may affect some of the reporting aspects within the cold storage report and the record cold storage screen.  Records previously considered "in-range" would then be considered "out-of-range."
