Cold Storage Report Request

 Purpose

The Cold Storage Report Request screen is used to generate a cold storage report.  To navigate to this screen select cold storage report from the menu panel.

 Functionality

Select your organization from the drop down list, if it is not already selected.  

Note: The report generated will include all records for all days indicated and for any cold storage unit having a record stored within the given date range.  Were a cold storage unit not to have any records recorded within the given date range, it would be excluded from the report.

Indicate the date range of the cold storage records you intend to view in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Indicate the name of the cold storage unit to be created, or the name for the unit to be changed to.

Note: In the case of an existing cold storage unit, and a change in name, the existing records will then be associated to the "new" cold storage unit name, for the purpose of reporting and otherwise.

If your computer does not have Adobe Reader version 6.0 or greater installed on it, select the Forms link at the top of the screen or contact your administrator.
