Check Request Status Screen

 Purpose

The check request status screen is used to receive and check the status of either a CoCASA download request.

 Functionality

This screen will display a table which lists information about each download request made. The 'File Name' column lists a system generated name of the actual file that will be downloaded. The 'Status Date' is a time stamp put on the file's status. The 'Status' is the relative state of the download request made. The 'Description' will tell the user the download is a CoCASA file.

  1. Click the Refresh button at any time to get the latest update on all the downloads listed in the table.  *Note*

  2. Once the request process is complete for a file, the name of that file in the 'File Name' column will become a hyperlink and the 'Status' will be 'COMPLETE'. Click on the desired hyperlink to download the selected file to your PC.

 Notes

For users belonging to large provider organizations, any download requests made can take a considerable amount of time to be produced. After a download request is made, it is possible to continue using the system or log out of it and later return to the check request status screen by clicking on the link from the menu panel. Users do not have to remain on this screen while the actual download file is being produced.
