The request download screen is used to request the latest information from the central repository for your provider organization to be used for IRIS-PC.

• Functionality

1. To request the synchronization download, press the Request Download button. This will submit the request to the database to get the required information. A message will be displayed confirming the download request you just made.

2. A typical request will take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to process, and sometimes with larger organizations this may be longer.

3. To check the status of the request, you can check the check request status page.
