Transfer Link Logic

This help screen explains what screen will display when clicking on a create date link whether you are the sending organization or the receiving organization at different stages during a inventory transfer.

   • External Transfers

Note: Transfers here will display in the Inbound section until the transfer has been completed if you are the receiving organization.

Note: Transfers here will display in the Outbound section until the transfer has been completed if you are the sending organization.

1. • First Stage - Creation and Shipping

   • • Sending Organization

     • 1. If you are the sending organization and the transfer has not been shipped if you click on the transfer link the Edit Transfer screen will display allowing you to modify the transfer or to ship out the transfer.

       2. If you are the sending organization and the transfer has been shipped if you click on the transfer link the View Transfer screen will display displaying the details of the transfer.

     • Receiving Organization

     • 1. If you are the receiving organization and the transfer has not been shipped if you click on the transfer link the View Transfer screen will display displaying the details of the transfer.

       2. If you are the receiving organization and the transfer has been shipped if you click on the transfer link the Receive Transfer screen will display waiting for you to receive the transfer.

1. • Second Stage - Transfer has been Shipped

   • • Sending Organization

     • 1. If you are the sending organization and the receiving organization accepts the entire transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the View Transfer screen. This would now be a Historic Transfer.

       2. If you are the sending organization and the receiving organization rejects the entire transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the View Transfer screen. This would be a Outbound Transfer because the receiving organization must now ship any doses they wish to reject back to the sending organization.

       3. If you are the sending organization and the receiving organization accepts the transfer partially clicking on the transfer link will display the View Transfer screen. This would be a Outbound Transfer because the receiving organization must now ship any doses they wish to reject back to the sending organization.

     • Receiving Organization

     • 1. If you are the receiving organization and you have chosen to accept the entire transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the View Transfer screen. This would now be a Historic Transfer.

       2. If you are the receiving organization and you have chosen to reject the entire transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the Ship Return Transfer screen waiting for you to ship the rejected doses back to the sending organization. This would still be an Inbound Transfer.

       3. If you are the receiving organization and you have chosen to partially accept/reject the transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the Ship Return Transfer screen waiting for you to ship the rejected doses back to the sending organization. This would still be an Inbound Transfer.

1. • Third Stage - Once Rejected

   • • Sending Organization

     • 1. If you are the sending organization and the receiving organization has chosen to reject the entire transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the restock rejected screen waiting for you to restock any rejected doses back into your inventory. This would be an Outbound Transfer.

       2. If you are the sending organization and the receiving organization has chosen to partially reject the transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the restock rejected screen waiting for you to restock any rejected doses back into your inventory. This would be an Outbound Transfer.

     • Receiving Organization

     • 1. If you are the receiving organization and you have rejected the transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the view transfer screen displaying the details of the transfer. This would be an Inbound Transfer.

       2. If you are the receiving organization and you have partially rejected the transfer clicking on the transfer link will display the view transfer screen displaying the details of the transfer. This would be an Inbound Transfer.

   • Fourth Stage - Once Restocked

   • • Sending Organization

     • 1. If you are the sending organization and you have restocked inventory that was rejected and returned to you by the receiving organization clicking on the transfer link will display the view transfer screen displaying the details of the transfer. This would now be a Historic Transfer.

     • Receiving Organization

     • 1. If you are the receiving organization and you have restocked inventory that was rejected and returned to you by the receiving organization clicking on the transfer link will display the view transfer screen displaying the details of the transfer. This would now be a Historic Transfer.
