Group Patients Screen |

Purpose |
The purpose of the Group Patients screen is to run the Immunization History Report for a selected group of patients.

Generate Report |
To generate the Immunization History Report for a group of patients, follow these steps:
Click the 'group patient' menu item on the menu panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
The system displays the Group Patients screen.
Click the check box next to each of the criteria you want to specify and enter the birth date range, site, immunization date range, or insurer accordingly. This tells the system to include exactly those patients who satisfy the criteria you specify.
If you want, you may specify a sort order for the patients on the report. You may choose either of the following:
Last Name, then Age
Age, then Last Name
Click the Generate button. The system takes you to the Check Group Status screen and starts to generate the report.

Information Provided |
The following table shows the criteria you may select for the report. Note that the patient must have an association with the organization to be included on the report.

Birth Date Range |
This limits the patients on the report to those with a birth date in the birth date range, including patients born right on the From Date or To Date. |

Site |
This limits the report to patients who have an immunization administered at the site you specified. |
|
Immunization Date Range |
This limits the report to patients who received an immunization in the date range you specified, including patients who received an immunization exactly on the From Date or To Date. |

Insurance Provider |
This limits the report to patients who have an insurer which matches the insurer you specify. If you choose "All Insurance Providers" then the system select any patient who has a non-empty insurer in his or her record. |

Functionality |
The following table describes the buttons available on the Group Patients screen.

When you click on the Generate button, the system finds the patients who meet your criteria and generates the report you indicated. |

The Reset button will mark the check box for birth date range and clear all other values. This returns the screen to its initial state. |
