Doses Administered Screen

 Purpose

The request doses administered screen exists so that an administrator can generate and print a report containing information on the doses administered that has taken place within an organization or within individual sites.

 Functionality

The Doses Administered report will produce doses administered data.  

  1. To produce a Doses Administered report, select the desired site report output from the Site(s) pick list.

  1. Enter the Report Date Range by typing start/end dates into the From and To text boxes in the format MM/DD/YYYY. Or, click on the calendar icon to select the date.

  2. Click on the Generate Report button.

  3. From the doses admin status screen, select the hyperlink associated with your report to view.  *Note*

  4. The system will then display the report in Adobe Reader. *Note*

 Notes

For users belonging to large provider organizations, it can take a considerable amount of time for the report to be produced. After a report request is made it is possible to continue using the system or log out of it, and then later return to the report by clicking on the doses admin status link from the Menu Panel. Users do not have to remain on this screen while the actual, printable report is being produced.

If your computer does not have Adobe Reader version 6.0 or greater installed on it, select the Forms link at the top of the screen or contact your administrator.
