IRIS Login

 Purpose

The IRIS Login page is the portal to the Idaho Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS). In addition to accessing IRIS, the portal also provides users access to important forms, hot topics, contact information, and related links.  If you do not have an IRIS user account, follow the instructions on the IRIS Login page to find out how to become an IRIS user.

Described below is the required information for access as well as other provided information on the IRIS Login page.

 Logging In / Logging Out

  1. To log into IRIS enter your Username, and Password.

  2. Once you have been authenticated by the system you will be taken to one of two places:

 

To log out of IRIS you can click the Logout link from any screen.

 Forgot Password

Current IRIS users can request to have their password reset using the Forgot Password feature.  In order to user the password reset feature, the user must have Established Security Questions and have a email address on their user account.   

To reset you password:

  1. Select the Forgot Password button on the login screen.

  2. Enter your IRIS Username and email address.

  3. Click the Submit button.    If you have a valid username and email address, IRIS will send a password reset email to you.  

  4. On the password reset email, click the security token link.  

Note:  The password reset link will be active for 24 hours.   If you have not clicked on the link in that time frame, the link will be expire and  you will need to submit a new request.  

Note:  Each user will only have one active password request.  Once you click on a password reset link in the email, any other reset link requests expire and cannot be used.

  1. On the Security Challenge Question page, enter the answer to the question.

  2. Click the Submit button.

  3. On the Change My Password page, enter and confirm your new password and click Save button.   

  4. Once you have been authenticated by the system you will be taken to one of two places:

 Menus

To use the Top Menu, move your mouse cursor over the desired section.  As the cursor hovers over the menu, a drop list will appear allowing you to jump to specific location or open a file directly.  Clicking on the menu tab will open the corresponding page.
