Establish Security Questions |
Purpose |
Each IRIS user is required to establish three security challenge questions and answers that can be used to authenticate the user's identity during a password reset request. Users will be required to establish their security challenge questions and answers after their first login.

To establish or update questions and answers on the Establish Security Questions page:
Select three questions from the drop down list of Security Challenge Questions.
Enter your answer and confirm your answer for each question.
Select the 'Submit' button when you have finished. Users will also need to have an email address on saved on their user account to use the password reset feature.
Note: Each security question may be selected only once. Answers must be at least five characters in length and cannot match the answer entered for another Security Question or your IRIS Username.
Update Security Questions |
Users may update their Security Questions on the Establish Security Question page:
Login to IRIS.
On the IRIS Home page, select the Manage Access/Account menu link in the blue top menu bar.
On the Select Organization page, select the Security Questions link in the Manage My Account menu group.
Select three questions from the drop down list of Security Challenge Questions.
