The Ad hoc Report functions of IRIS are designed to allow authorized users access to information on patients that they have a relationship with.  The tool facilitates creation of lists and reports that count either immunizations or patients.  These help files describe the process and give suggestions for getting the results that you expect.

The basic process flow of an Ad hoc List or Count report is as follows:

1. Select what you want to see in the results.

2. Select the criteria to filter who or what you are reporting on.

3. If necessary manipulate the way the data will be presented.

4. Generate the report.

5. Wait until report completes.

6. Click to the results.

7. Review the results for accuracy.

8. Print or export the results.
